Occasionally, some of our customer service representatives are available outside of the times listed below, but please do not expect an immediate reply anytime outside of our business hours. All emails sent must include your order number to ensure that you get the proper service. Please only contact us with questions AFTER you have tried to find your answer on this page. Here at OGV we have a very small customer service team and we get a lot of shipping inquiries asking about when packages will arrive. Please be aware that our customer service team is strategically trained to answer emails of higher urgency first. Emails of higher urgency include return requests, exchange requests, and people who have been waiting on their items for longer than 20 business days. If you do not fall under any of the categories listed previously, your email may not receive a reply. Please read our section on shipping and wait. Refunds and Returns Policy

We DO NOT accept refunds or exchanges for ordering the wrong size. We have an explanatory sizing charts page that is listed in the products where it is applicable. If you would like to change or cancel an order, please email us at ogvcontact@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchasing. Changes you make to your order from our App may not be observed in time. If you need to make a change to your order or your address, email us immediately. If your cancellation email is not received before we dispatch your order to our warehouse, we will be unable to cancel your order. With that being said, please check all billing information, shipping information, sizes, etc BEFORE you complete your purchase.

Returns and exchanges are only granted to customers who have experienced a quality issue. A quality issue includes the following: rips, tears, stains, etc. Any other reasons must reviewed and approved by our returns/exchange team. OGVIBES.COM IS A FINAL SALE WEBSITE. In the event of a quality issue, we require you to include pictures clearly showing your issue with your return request email. 

If your exchange request is granted, you must pay a 25% restocking fee for the item you wish to exchange. This must be paid in full via PayPal before the return process may begin. We DO NOT pay for return shipping. If you wish to return an item, you must pay all shipping costs associated with returning your item(s).

At Only Good Vibes (OGV) we offer a 3-Day Return Policy to ensure that our customers have 100% satisfaction. We do not give cash refunds, but we offer store credit for returns of approved merchandise. You must contact us and notify us within 3 days after the delivery date to notify us of your problem. Our return window is so small, because in the past we have had problems with customers keeping merchandise that they planned to return and items coming back to our facilities outside of the original condition they were sent in.

When returning/exchanging, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase. You will receive an email with instructions on the next steps should you go through the return/exchange process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you the promised store credit amount according to the return option you chose. Once we process the return, you will receive your store credit via e-mail within 48 hours of processing. The return/exchange options are below:

Option 1 Keep the item and receive 50% of the item's value in store credit.
Option 2 Return the item to our US based facility for store credit equal to the cost of the item.

 

The only brand that we represent is the OGV brand. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of our products because we are an online retail boutique who is more concerned with displaying exclusive fashion, than being concerned with brand authenticity. We encourage our shoppers to either have the same spirit of fashion or to simply find another place to shop. We do not give refunds for any reasons relating to brand authenticity. THE ITEMS SHOWN ON THIS WEBSITE ARE FOR FASHION ONLY!

All items listed on this website are FINAL SALE, including shoes and accessories. You as the customer must pay close attention to sizing warnings in the descriptions and choose the proper size according to your preference. We DO NOT process returns or exchanges based on ordering the wrong size. Also, please note, exchange orders do not come with express shipping.

Shipping Policies 

All orders take 3-5 business days to process. We cannot guarantee an exact shipping time due to our shipping facilities being international and we have no way to control exactly how fast your order may arrive. There are also times when weather in other countries effects the speed of our deliveries. Most customers receive their order within a week of placing their orders. We try our best to make sure you receive the correct product and as soon as possible. All customers within the United States have standard shipping times of 10-20 business days. All customers outside of the United States, please allow 10-30 business days for delivery. For ALL customers however, the only time to be alarmed about your delivery status is if it has been over 30 days.

OGVibes.com is not responsible for any additional Customs fees your package may acquire when it reaches your home country. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of any importation fees and to take care of them.

PLEASE DO NOT E-MAIL US TO OBTAIN A TRACKING NUMBER. Due to our high number of orders coming in and out of our shipping facilities, we do not provide tracking numbers. Often times, we ship batch orders which may contain your order along with several other orders. This makes it impossible to track individual orders. As stated above standard shipping may take 10-20 business days and sometimes more in some conditions, so please be patient after your order is placed.  

You will receive one email confirming that we have received your order. Then you should receive another email stating that your order has shipped. The shipping countdown begins the day you receive this email.

All shipments are international shipments. This means that if your item comes in a box, the box will most likely be slightly damaged. As long as your product is still in good condition, this is nothing to be alarmed about. This incidence will not be compensated by OGVibes.com.

Anyone ordering shoes from our website must be concerned about the shoes and not the condition of the box when it arrives. As stated, everything we ship comes from our offshore shipping facilities. That means that shoe boxes are usually NOT in good condition when they arrive. Do not judge the shoes based on the condition of the shoe box. If you are a customer that is very particular about collecting nice shoe boxes along with the shoes. We advise you not to buy shoes from us unless you can sacrifice the box. Another thing to take note of, is that some of our shoe models come without boxes. If you are one of our customers that just HAS to have a box with your shoes, do not order from us.

Customers with more than one item in your order, please be aware that we have shipping facilities around the world and many of the items come from different facilities. This can cause your items to be delivered on different days. Do not be alarmed if you receive your order in pieces. 

Please note that if you receive an item from us you are liable for the full cost of that item whether it is a mistake on our part or not. For example, if you receive an item you did not order, it is your responsibility to return that item to us with a prepaid shipping label. If this is not done, we legally have the right to extract the full cost of the item from your bank account.  

We DO NOT ship to APO, FPO, or P.O. Boxes. 

Miscellaneous Policies

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, OGV reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

OGV is not responsible for lost packages in the mailing system. If you live in an area where it is possible for your package to be stolen or misplaced, it is your responsibility to protect your package. If our tracking system indicates that your package has been delivered, all we can do is give you your tracking number to solve the issue with your local postal service.

OGV promises to deliver what is stated in the title of your purchase, not the extra props in the pictures. Props shown in pictures are strictly for scenery and advertising purposes. You will get what is in the title, and nothing more.

Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph items accurately and describe products properly, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor/mobile device will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise. As outlined above in the return and exchange policy, being unsatisfied with colors will not be accepted as a reason for refund, return, or exchange. Please contact us with any questions about the color or size of any item before purchasing.

We reserve the right to bump your shoe size by a half size in the event that the product runs small.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
