We like to process orders as soon as we get them to make sure that you receive your item(s) as soon as possible. You can change your order as much as you like before you click “Checkout”, but after this point you may not be able to make changes to your order, depending on where your order is in the processing stage. There is a certain point in the processing process that we call the "point of no return". This means your order is already on the loading dock along with hundreds of other packages unable to be altered. Typically, if you would like to change or cancel anything in your order, it needs to be done via email within 24 hours of placing the order. Please not that changes made to your order on our mobile app are not observed by our shipping team. You must email us within 24 hours to cancel or change an order.
Do not be alarmed. Our payments go through an AVS (Address Verification System) to be sure that the address entered matches the billing address on the card. Because we have this system, if the wrong address is entered, or even a slight deviation from the address is entered, it causes the payment to fail and be delayed by the bank. This is not something we can control, because is has to do with the bank validating your card before the payment is released to us. In a normal order, the money is released to us and the customer receives a confirmation email. Lack of receiving a confirmation email means that the bank was unable to validate your card and they need a day or two to return the funds. The money should return in 1-3 business days. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Shipping times are chosen by you! All of our products are eligible for free US shipping and the vast majority of our products have options for express shipping. Within the United States, the standard shipping time is 10-20 business days and the express shipping time frame is 7-12 business days.
Outside of the United States
Shipping times are chosen by you! If you chose the standard shipping option the shipping time will be approx. 10-30 business days and the express shipping time frame is 7-12 business days.
All customs, importation, and all other related fees are to
be paid by the customer. All applicable customs and import duties and
fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the
customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). These charges are
imposed by your local customs. We ship your package DDU, "duties and
taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and
CANNOT predict what your particular charges may be. These charges differ for
every country and every locales. If your order does require these additional
charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear
customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on
Delivery (COD). Again, these fees are paid to the local customs and are not
collected by OGV. OGV has no control over customs/import duties. You
may call your local customs for more information.
Customers with more than one item in your order, please be aware that we have shipping facilities around the world and many of the items come from different facilities. This can cause your items to be delivered on different days. Do not be alarmed if you receive your order in pieces.
Once your order has been processed and is leaving the warehouse, you will receive an automatic email with confirmation of shipment. However, we have had cases where some customers' email inboxes have bounced our shipping emails, so if it has been over 5 days and you have not received a shipping confirmation email, let us know!
Your shipping countdown begins the day you receive your shipping confirmation email. All of our shipping is done on business days, so our shipping is business day based. Business days count as Monday-Friday.
Due to our high number of orders coming in and
out of our shipping facilities, we do not provide tracking numbers. Often
times, we ship batch orders which may contain your order along with several
other orders. This makes it impossible to track individual orders, so please do not email us for tracking numbers. Most of the time, we are unable to obtain a single tracking number until your splits.

However, if you are within the United States and your order takes longer than 20 business days to arrive, we owe you OGV Gift Cards according to this chart:

OGVibes.com is a FINAL SALE WEBSITE. This means WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. We DO NOT accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for ordering the wrong size or any other related reasons. We have an explanatory sizing charts page that is listed in the descriptions of all the products where it is applicable. The only event we will consider returns or exchanges for is if the item you received is faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong item. This does not include shoe box damage. With our shipping facilities all being offshore, most shoe boxes do not arrive in tip top shape, so please do not purchase shoe if you plan to judge them by the condition of the box when they arrive. If the item you have received is faulty, damaged, not what you ordered, you must submit a return request. Your request will be approved or denied within 24-48 business hours.
